Will 2020 be the year I finally get my sh*t together? Probably not… but lets give this a go! Today I’m sharing with you the outfit I wore to my latest 5SOS concert… that happened in… September… oops.
To start off, I always try to wear something breathable to concerts or something with layers just because no matter the weather outside, once you get packed into the arena with a bunch of people dancing around, it gets a little sweaty. This particular concert also had a lot of pyro and special effects so it get extra hot up in there.
Tube Top: Express
Black distressed jeans: Express (similar)
Earrings: BaubleBar
Sneakers: Adidas (similar)
I went with this black off the shoulder tube top, and I honestly have no complaints about it. It’s not see-through so you can go braless (although I do own the white and you definitely need some pasties with that) and it stays put throughout the night. The only thing that I don’t love about my distressed jeans is there happens to be a hole dangerously close to the crotch where the pocket sticks out so you need to make sure you’re wearing black underwear. Otherwise that could turn into a situation.
I kept it a pretty basic outfit so I just threw on some gold hoops and my white iridescent Adidas sneakers that I literally own 3 variation of and wear almost everyday. (Pro Tip: clean your white sneakers with Mr. Clean Magic Eraser! I just did mine and they look brand new!). I was also pretty proud of myself because it was the first time I was able to give myself a blowout!! I’ve got really curly hair so it takes a lot of work with a flatiron so being able to blowfly it straight saved my hair from some extra heat!

I used to be someone who thought I had to get merch at every concert I went to. But, in the spirit of saving some coins and not being wasteful I now only purchase merch i’d actually wear out in public. That being said, if you’re going to buy a concert sweatshirt, it has got to be this 5SOS one. I pretty much haven’t taken it off and am one weak moment away from ordering the blue tie-dye version for myself. I fell in love so hard I immediately put it on when it was a little chilly in the venue before the show and wore it for about half the night. It’s the perfect oversized fit and probably the softest thing I’ve ever put on my body. 10/10 would recommend.
Whats your most worn merch piece? leave me a comment, I want to know!

I’ve been off the East Coast exactly twice, once in High School for a family vacation in Jamaica and this summer, to visit my friend in California.
First things first I’d like to preface this whole post with the disclaimer that I am definitely not a ‘LA/California Girl‘. It’s not that I didn’t like California, I just… don’t love LA. But I could probably get down with other parts of California and definitely want to go back and explore those areas. Once again, just not LA.
I think my biggest problem with LA is that there are far too many people and no efficient public transportation like the subway in NYC. You need a car but because there are so many other people in cars you don’t get very far very fast. So my solution, either half of the LA population has to disappear or half the cars in LA do. You tell me which one you’d prefer.
Out of the two areas we explored in LA I’d definitely say I preferred Santa Monica over Venice Beach but, if you know anything about the LA area, you probably saw that one coming. Santa Monica was beautiful and had a lot of shopping while Venice was, well it was Venice. The beach itself was beautiful but the boardwalk was definitely filled with some characters and maybe not the safest place to be? Plus your girl got a nasty sunburn so I’m a little salty (lol).

And did you really think I was going to write a blog post about California and not talk about In – and – Out? Well anyway, it was a burger. A good burger but will I be craving it in a month? Nothing Five Guys or Shake Shack can’t satisfy.
Where are your favorite places in California? Leave me a comment!

Better late than never? 🤷🏻♀️ ootd | Sweetener World Tour

Hey, is this thing on???
I’ve been absolutely terrible about blogging (a trend I always seem to go back to), and once again have a bunch of half written blog posts in my drafts, over the next week or so I plan to buckle down and finish them and actually hit publish so I apologize if some of them are a little dated. Maybe later we’ll talk about why I haven’t been able to get myself to do that as…

A while ago I tried out a couple of the products from the brand Beauty Bakerie, and to sum it up, it ended up being a love hate relationship. (If you want to check out the first blog post I wrote up you can check that out here). Overall underwhelmed with my last experience I did end up making another purchase to try out some more of their products. Keep reading to find out if it went any better…
As I finally find the time to sit down and put this post together, it’s the last day of the MLB regular season. I’m sad to say the least but, THE YANKEES ARE HEADED TO THE POST SEASON!! So while we don’t have too much baseball left to go I thought I’d still share with you what I’ve been wearing to the games. The plus side for you guys being that some of these shirts are now on sale and one of my favorite places to shop has college apparel for my fellow college students headed into football season.
PS: Don’t click off this post if you’re not a Yankees fan, these websites carry apparel for your team too!
Outfit 1:

Top: Tailgate by American Eagle (on sale!)
Alright, we have to take a minute to talk about Tailgate Clothing. They easily became one of my go-tos for Yankees gear this season, the shirts are great quality, fit great and are super comfortable. Not to mention I’m always looking for cute Yankees gear thats different from what everyone else has but doesn’t stray too far from the classic look of the Yankees and they do a good job with that. They also have shirts for all MLB teams as well as some Colleges. (Pro tip: don’t buy their stuff full price! Sign up for emails to get a discount code and after that their stuff is constantly going on sale, I just picked up 2 more tops the other day!)
Jeans: high waisted Celebrity Pink white pants
Shoes: Adidas Cloudfoam Advantage Sneaker (on sale!)
I may have a problem but I have 3 pairs of these shoes and live in them. They’re so comfortable!
Hat: Similar
Outfit 2:

Top: Express (no longer available but you can shop Express X MLB here)
Express has also become a go to place for me, actually my entire closet is slowly being over taken by Express. Along with their own line in collaboration with the MLB they carry Homage, I picked up this men’s sweatshirt from them, because we all know mens sweatshirts are more comfortable, and live in it (and its on sale!).
Pants: Celebrity Pink white jeans
Sunglasses and Backpack: Primark
Outfits 3:
Now, I’m a big Yankees fan so you’ll probably never find me in another team’s t-shirt. But, when I headed down to DC to visit my best friend we ended up at a Washington Nationals game and I still wanted to be ‘spirited’ without cheating on my boys. Wearing a teams color is also a great way to show your support at a game with the clothing already in your closet and without having to run out and spend money on shirt you may never wear again!
Top: Tommy Hilfiger (similar ones here and here both on sale!)
Another piece of clothing I pretty much lived in this summer! Super comfortable and easy to throw on with shorts or a pair of jeans without any effort and still look cute walking out the door.
Jeans: Express
(PSA to all my short girls: Express has ‘short’ jeans and pants!)
Sunglasses: Primark
I have a shopping problem so I’m constantly looking for places to pick up new game day clothing, let me know your go-tos in the comments!

I know this post is incredibly late (What else is new?) but it’s been sitting in my drafts for months so I decided to just go ahead a post it anyway, I’ll be doing the same with a couple of other upcoming posts… hope you don’t mind! xo
Alright lets not act too surprised but I made another Kylie Cosmetics purchase…

… and this was totally not my fault! Kylie had put both the In Love with the KoKo and the KoKo Kollection on sale for Khloe’s birthday and it was too good of a deal not to get it. When the KoKo Collections first came out I wasn’t interested in getting them because one, I wasn’t completely interested in the face palette and two, I couldn’t see myself wearing all of the lipstick colors of either set and at the time I wasn’t wearing glosses (Shoutout to being done with invisalign so I don’t have to worry about getting gloss on my retainers!). But, with getting one set free and 20% off (I believe this was the deal I can’t find my confirmation email so I’m going off memory here, sorry) it then became worth it for me to purchase.
First off is the KoKo Kollection face palette, this palette comes with a satin blush, 2 illuminating powders and a matte bronzer. This is the only face product I own from Kylie Cosmetics and while I definitely don’t hate it, I wouldn’t miss it if I didn’t have it. On my fair skin the blush is a little too intense and requires a very light hand and because of this I find myself skipping out on it all together so I don’ have to put in the extra work. As far as the highlights go, they’re what I use the most out of the palette. I love that theres both a cool tone and warmer tone included, and what impresses me even more is that they both look good on my skin tone. It’s easy to apply whichever tone matches the eye look I’ve done for the day and go, I also frequently use them as eyeshadows. Lastly, while I can use the bronzer on my skin tone and get it to work, I have others I prefer and reach for more often. I actually find myself using this bronzer as a transition shade in my eye looks more than as an actual bronzer.

As far as all the lipsticks go, they’re once again pretty standard to the quality of other Kylie liquid lipsticks. Easy to apply, dry down well, fairly comfortable to wear and stay all day. But, the darker shades still do apply a little patchy (@ Kylie when are we going to fix this?)
As far as Kylie’s glosses go this was really the first time I was able to test them out and actually be able to wear them without it getting all over my Invisalign. I will say I’m not typically a gloss girl but I ALWAYS have a Kylie gloss in my purse now. Yes, they’re sticky it is a gloss after all but its not so sticky that your lips are going to stick together. I honestly find them to be very comfortable to wear.
How do you guys feel about Kylie Cosmetics? Still obsessed or over it?

Did you miss me? I’ve got a new blog post! Studex for Sensitive Ears 💎 | #Sponsored

Hey guys! I know my last post was about earring buttttt here comes another…
Throughout my adventures of online shopping I’ve stumbled upon BaubleBar, never made a purchase but always ended up finding my way back to browse the site. One of my biggest hesitations with making an order being that I have super sensitive ears. But, after talking to a friend who didn’t have any problems, I caved and placed my order.
I was so overwhelmed with all of the choices but ended up deciding to go for their Play By Ear – Pick 3 set and ended up choosing the Meteorite Druzy stud set, Pave droplet ear crawlers (my newest obsession) and the Navi Studs. Because it was black Friday (Yes girl I know I’m hella behind on life) I got 30% off and was able to use the vault points I got when a friend signed up with my link on top of that. I ended up with 4 pairs of earrings for $18.60, definitely can’t be mad at that.
First things first, I’m extremely happy to report that I’ve worn these earrings multiple times, and for extended periods of time and they’ve never caused my ears to be irritated. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and my whole experience with BaubleBar I’d definitely order from them again, and already have a couple of things saved in my bag, oops? Even though it was around the holidays shipping was fast, I LOVE that every time you make a purchase you earn points, and I’m really impressed with the quality of the pieces.
Have you guys tried BaubleBar yet? What are your favorite pieces to get from them?

I’d say I’m back but I’m quickly realizing that I can’t make those kinds of promises when it comes to blogging and it’s not like any of you have noticed my absence anyway. But, here I am with another VoxBox review/unboxing for you guys who happen to stubble upon it.
When I first received this box I was honestly a little skeptical, some of the products looked interesting to say the least but I was excited to try out some Sinful Colors products because I previously have not. Overall, I’d say this VoxBox turned out to be half I’d use it again and half I’m most likely throwing this away.

First up we have the Sinful Colors Bold Brow Intense Effects (top) and the Shady Babe creme eyeshadow duo (bottom). When it comes to the Bold Brow intense effects product I honestly don’t get it and it’s probably something I would never reach for. Maybe if you’re a little more daring than I am and have a festival or event coming up it would be perfect for you. Putting my own personal feelings aside, I did give it a fair shot. Along with the others in the box, this product has great pigmentation Sinful Colors is definitely not playing around in that department. But, as soon as this product dries it cracks and starts to flake off (see picture below) so I didn’t even bother trying it as eyeshadow as I had originally planned. I’m also not the biggest fan of the applicator which is essentially a hard piece of plastic. So even if I had a day where I decided to walk on the wild side when it comes to my brow, I wouldn’t be reaching for this product.

On the other hand we have the Shady Babe creme eyeshadow duo which I actually really enjoy. While the applicator is a little awkward, I find it to be slightly too big, it’s workable. I tend to use my finger to fix the application anyway. Once again the pigmentation is excellent and unlike the eyebrow product it doesn’t crack or flake when it dries (of course if you apply too thick of a layer it’s a possibility). I also found that this product doesn’t smudge throughout the day which I’ve seen happen with other creme shadow products . These creme shadows also layer nicely over powder shadows if you wanted to define and blend out the crease before applying them. I do wish they paired the rose gold with a more wearable color rather than the navy blue because I’m still looking for that perfect event to rock metallic blue eyeshadow but unfortunately haven’t found it yet.
The Sinful Colors Diva Lash Color Mascara (in the color Fantas – Eyes) was actually one of the products I couldn’t wait to try out. I love the idea of adding a pop of color to your look in an unexpected way with a mascara. Unfortunately, the bronze color was not the way to go for me. Instead of defining and intensifying my lashes, which is typically what we’re looking for from a mascara, they lightened them into a I may have forgotten to put mascara on this morning look. I don’t know about you guys but it’s not exactly the look I’m going for. The mascara formula itself was also not my favorite, as it didn’t add any length or volume. As for the Stop and Stare gel eyeliner it’s another hit for me. It’s a soft creamy formula with great color pay off. And throughout the day I didn’t find it to smudge or bleed throughout the day. My favorite way to use this eyeliner is on the lower lash line as a pop of color, I can’t wait to bring it out in the summer!
I’m not a huge fan of stick highlighters because I do use a powder all over my face, so when I saw the Face Forward all over highlighting stick I wasn’t super excited. But, I have been doing quite a few no foundation days and I love the natural this product gives without making you look like a greasy mess. I honestly expected this product to blend out into nothing but it doesn’t and surprising lasts throughout the entire day. It’s not going to give you a blinding highlight but for more natural days it adds a great glow.

So overall definitely a box filled with some hits and misses for me personally but I look forward to trying out other Sinful Color product in the future! What are your favorite products from Sinful Colors I should try out? Leave them down below!

SinfulColors Cosmetics Review! | @FemaleBloggerRT @Influenster @SinfulColors_NP #BeautyBlogger I’d say I’m back but I’m quickly realizing that I can’t make those kinds of promises when it comes to blogging and it’s not like any of you have noticed my absence anyway.Today I’ve partnered up with uncommongoods.com to bring you guys a gift guide to help you find the perfect gifts for everyone in you life no matter how hard to shop for they are.
But before we get into talking about the goodies I want to start out by saying I absolutely love what Uncommon Goods stands for as a company. Uncommon Goods strives to be as environmentally friendly as possibly by offering organic and recycled products to their shoppers, you also won’t find leather, feathers, or fur anywhere on the site. But hands down one of my favorite aspects of Uncommon Goods is their Better To Give program. At checkout everyone gets to select a nonprofit that will receive a $1 donation from them and since starting the project in 2001 they’ve donated over $1,000,000.
So I don’t know about you all but as soon as it comes to getting a gift for someone whether its a graduation, a best friend’s birthday or Christmas I full on panic. I seem to always put a little too much pressure on myself to come up with the perfect gift that they’ll love and wouldn’t receive from anyone else so I can use all the help I can get.
One of my favorite areas to wonder through on the Uncommon Goods website is their personalized gift section because who doesn’t love a good monogram or name necklace? I don’t know anyone who’s getting married anytime soon but I absolutely love this champagne vase you can customize with a wedding date or anniversary.
Love personalized gifts as much as I do? You can check out all the goods here!
At the end of this year I have quite a few friends that will be graduating college so graduation gift shopping is definitely something coming up on my to do list and I’m already dreading it. I have a lot of friends who love to travel and I’ve always loved the idea of the scratch off maps (which you can get at Uncommon Goods as well) but saw this cross country pin board and immediately fell in love with it. I love the fact that this way of collecting memories is more customizable and going to be different for every person who has it. You can visit Uncommon Goods for more great graduation gift ideas.

I seem to always have the hardest time trying to pick out gifts for the guys in my life, clearly I’m not one so how am I suppose to know what they want? They certainly don’t want the latest makeup release that made it to my wish list. So when I was scanning the site this wallet immediately caught my attention. Its made with an official game used jersey from your choice of 6 MLB teams and if your guys are anything like mine sports are definitely their thing. How cool would it be for them to carry around a little bit of their favorite team with them every day? Not going to lie, I want one.

The guys in your life not the biggest MLB fans? Not a problem you can check out more gift options for guys here!
I hope this little gift guide gave you some ideas for those hard to shop for people in your life!
